Mariani Legacy Properties and Pacific Image Properties want everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

• Text alternatives for images and logos.
• Color contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text.
• Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to main content" link.
• Labels on every form field.
• Layouts that work on phones, tablets, and computers, and with browser zoom.
